CONFERINȚA "Viitorul pieței de capital românești" - Ediția a VI-a

     The motion of no-confidence did not decapitate the Grindeanu cabinet, because through the mass resignations of its ministers one week ago, all that was left of the Government was precisely the head which they had nothing to separate it from, meaning that those 241 votes against it, yesterday, are not a guillotine, but just as many heels that the PSD and its friends in the ALDE (and maybe from the minorities) crushed their former colleague, just like the head of a stubborn snake that dies a few hours later.
     For the first time, we have witnessed the premiere of a PM being brought down by its own party, but not everybody noticed that the text of the Motion of No-confidence levied no criticisms, absolutely none, against the actions of the Grindeanu cabinet taken during its operation, because the motion incriminates nothing else but the decision of PM Sorin Grindeanu not to resign.
     That's it.
     Almost all of the actions of the PSD surrounding this incident are weird, self-contradictory, if not outright absurd and that is how this looks like - a motion of no-confidence that doesn't say one word about any shortcomings of the government.
     Well then why on Earth did you ask for the PM's resignation?
     Because he refused to hand in his resignation?!
     The role of emphasizing the illogical nature of this detail is meant ot emphasize in turn, another abnormal thing: Grindeanu wasn't criticized once throughout his activity, but, all of a sudden, after five months, PSD went from the praises owed to its own government, to the estimate that its own government was disastrous (but, that consideration was only expressed in the reunions of the PSD-ALDE, coalition, not in the text of the Motion itself).
     That makes the decision of the PSD seem at least irresponsible and raises the suspicion that it wasn't the PSD that raised the decision to dismiss Sorin Grindeanu, but that it was PSD president Liviu Dragnea who personally made it, who at least up until yesterday, prior to the Motion of No-Confidence, had enjoyed his completely uncontested power within the party.
     Liviu Dragnea can be guessed behind every one of the anomalies that we are experiencing since the electoral victory of the PSD, and all the anomalies seem to stem from the issue of the laws concerning the judicial system- the stubbornness when it comes to passing at any cost the notorious Ordinance 13 and the others causing the protests since the beginning of the year, the scandal concerning PSD senator Șerban Nicolae, the never-ending revelations concerning DNA head Laura Codruța Kovesi.
     There are some rumors that are plausible which claim that, upon seeing that he just couldn't make any progress, regardless of the method used, Dragnea allegedly called Grindeanu and told him to solve the issue of Dragnea's legal exposure, because he didn't fancy going to jail (that latter is certain).
     Grindeanu, who, according to the rumors, is an undercover agent, also has a hierarchy of command:
     1. The SRI;
     2. Himself;
     3. Dragnea;
     4. The PSD.
     If 1 prohibited him from doing what 3 asked him to do, then 2 forced him to carry out the order given by 1, claiming that he was doing the will of 4.
     So that would pretty much be the story behind all this.
     All that talk about democracy, the motion of no-confidence, the retirees, the governing program, poverty, development, modernization, hurray!, hurray! ...
     That's rubbish, nobody believes in those.
     Does Dragnea believe in them?!
     He may an idiot, but he's not a sucker!
     He's fooled half the country, on the BURSA website there are supporters of his who have been infested with the idea that it's the same in politics and in business: "What do you mean that if you own a LLC and you hire an executive, you can't just replace him as you please, given that you're the owner?"
     First of all, you can't just change them however and whenever you want, but according to the contractual claims, according to the legislation and/or through mutual agreement.
     I don't how many legal companies Dragnea may have run so far, but the notion that one can do whatever they please within their own company is stupid.
     Second of all, the relations between the Government and the party are others than those between the owner of a LLC and his CEO: the government represents executive power and is one of the three autonomous estates in a democratic country, along with the legislative and the judiciary.
     That means that the Government appointed by the party becomes autonomous after being constitutionally validated, and when the Parliament accepts its governing program, it becomes the master of the act of governing.
     From that moment on, the party that has nominated it, addresses its government with respect and if it notices shortcomings, they reach a deal on how those can be dealt with, and Dragnea can no longer just go to Grindeanu to grab him by the suit and tell him, "Beat it, serf!".
     The absence of any criticism in the Motion of No-Confidence means precisely that: "Beat it, serf!"
     Every minister of the PSD, except for Grindeanu, scattered out when Dragnea barked "Beat it, serf!"
     Grindeanu didn't because Number 1 stopped him.
     On the other hand, it is worth noting that the PSD has become party of spineless serfs, who vote in favor of the text of a motion of no-confidence without any criticism against the government.
     On the other hand, the question arises what the hell does the SRI want?!
     Why would the SRI want to see patriot Dragnea in jail?
     From a comment posted on the BURSA website, I found out that the PSD is the last major socialist party in this part of the world and that foreigners associate it with the Russian affiliation, meaning that they have an axe to grind with it, and want to slice it and dice it, crush and it scatter it to the winds, in order to (but that's another idea) to remove the support for orphans, widows and war cripples (OK, that last one is my addition) and the hope for development and recovery of the national identity.
     Aha!
     So that means that there is an antinational faction of the SRI, that is harassing patriot Dragnea.
     Well, who knows, he might be on to something...
     I thought the pool in Dragnea's palace is patriotic and it is meant for orphans, widows and war cripples: Thursday from 11:00 A.M, to 8 A.M.
     And I am also thinking that the liberalization of the bilingual plates and of the teaching in Sanskrit in every Romanian school, will bolster national unity.
     I hope that through yesterday's vote, in favor of the motion of no-confidence, this won't be a victory of Dragnea, but a natural reflex, at the party level, by which the PSD intends to stay in power.
     I hope that Dragnea's stupidity and unscrupulousness have become obvious for the members of the PSD.
     I hope that by noting Dragnea's willingness to go against the nation, the members of the PSD would drive him away, first opportunity they get.
