MAKE        Liviu Dragnea's insistence in moving the Romanian embassy from Tel Aviv, to Jerusalem, feeds an older, widespread confusion. Much older. Politically, Jerusalem has been divided from the first presence of the Judeans on the lands of the Palestinians, since back in the days of Abraham and Abimelec. "The indivisible Jerusalem" wanted by Benjamin Netanyahu is a spiritual creation.

Definitely, pilgrims and locals claim that Jerusalem has a geography, meaning that the city would be compatible with the cardinal points and that is why Palestinians, Israelis and people overall, including those of the UN, EU and the US, speak about Eastern Jerusalem and Western Jerusalem, without anybody being surprised that that is happening at the center of the world, where the god of the Judeans began his creation, starting from the very rock from which later Archangel Gabriel raised Mohammed to visit Heaven, the same place of origin where one of the seven angels "and showed me the Holy City, Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God." (Apocalypse, 21: 10), where God is one of the same.
The history manuals are wrong, because it is impossible for Eastern Jerusalem to have been conquered by the Israeli army of Western Jerusalem, during the Six Days War of June 1967, like everyone believes, because the war could have lasted 666 days and no matter how much, because there is no East-West-North-South in the Center of the Universe (see NOTE 1), but that is where they start, because the so-called "territorial reunification of Jerusalem" is of course a political nonsense, as is the relocation of the embassy.
Mount Moriah, on which God asks Abraham to sacrifice his son Isaac, could be found on the Amorite territory between Jerusalem (like the Judeans claim) and Gerizim (like the Samaritans claim).
This oscillation of an entire mountain does it come from Muhammad, to confirm that "It doesn't matter the way you get closer to Him"- so, where do we move the embassy, which currently functions just fine, on Adam HaCohen street, in Northern Tel Aviv?
In Eastern Jerusalem or Western Jerusalem? (see NOTE 2). Or maybe in Celestial Jerusalem?
Solomon's temple was raised on the Moriah mountain, and was raised by the demons over which Solomon gained power through a ring received from God and even though it was raised by demons, that's precisely where God lives (that's why there is only one Temple) - an extravagance which forces the release of the mind from conformism.
The house of God has lost its precise address, so that apparently, the Wailing Wall, that Jews bow to, wouldn't actually be the last vestige of the Temple, but a wall of the construction which, actually hosted the garrison of the so-hated Roman occupants. According to some, the Temple was somewhere lower, but the crowd of Jews that shiver with their face to the Wailing wall, of course brings the Temple where they pray.
Spiritually, the geographical inaccuracy allows for many meanings, but it becomes catastrophic for the entire humanity, politically.
It is clear that the lack of clarity is the result of the use of the name of "Eretz Israel" by David Ben-Gurion, the head of World Sionist Organization and the president of the Jewish Palestinian Agency, when, on May 14th, 1948, he declared "the creation of a Jewish state Eretz Israel, which would be known under the name of Israel", an independent state, (after the expiration of the British mandate for Palestine, on May 15th, 1948).
Eretz Israel, like the Jewish scholars have established between the 12th-16th centuries, is another name for the Universe, because "Torah, God and the Universe are one and the same", with the alternative that "the Torah, God and Eretz Israel are one and the same", matters which Ben-Gurion, with all due respect, shouldn't have mixed with the statement of independence.
The borders of the Promised Land / Eretz Israel have never been known, they are those of the territory that the Jews have occupied and divided for use (and not at all given in ownership by God) between the 12 tribes, after Moses' death, or does Eretz Israel include the territories that were conquered afterwards?
In a pharisaic political interpretation around year zero, the conflict between Mitzvah (God's commandments) and the inaccurate geography of Eretz Israel has prevented the Jews from honoring their covenant to God to this day.
On July 30 1981, the Jerusalem "made whole" was proclaimed by the Knesset as the capital of Israel, ignoring the UN recommendation of partitioning the territory of Palestine, between the Jews and the Palestinians, of November 29, 1947.
But the identity of Jews and the identity of Palestinians are debatable, as contrarily to the Biblical impression, both are relatively young (at any rate, a lot younger than the Dacians, for instance) and it is not out of the question that Palestinians are in fact Jews (descendants of the tribe of Benjamin, back from their exile in the Island of Crete - see NOTE 3). In which case the bloody conflicts between them are fratricidal. It is to be noted that the area of Eretz Israel that was initially granted to the tribe of Benjamin also includes Jerusalem and according to the Godly law of the Jubilee, the ownership of the territory is mandatorily restored every 50 years.
Even though they worship the same God, the three Abrahamic religions are disputing their priority, in the Celestial City, over Peace.
Jerusalem is a city raised on sand. Over centuries, every grain of sand was been claimed, as if it were more than gold, not just silicon, Jerusalem's foundation has gotten harder, the sand has found a mortar in the dried blood.
What is more valuable than gold?
Why have so many people fight, for so long, over a piece of desert?!
What is more valuable than gold?
Why does the whole world watching Jerusalem?
What is more valuable than gold?
Why does it seem that sometimes, the entire planet is dependent on what is happening in Jerusalem?
What is more valuable than gold?

     NOTE
     NOTE 1
The Talmud quotes that Jerusalem received "the name of the One and Holy, blessed HE", meaning he received the Tetragram (YHWH), as a comment to Ezekiel (Chapter 48; 35): ""The distance all around will be 18,000 cubits. "And the name of the city from that time on will be: the Lord is there", with the clarification that it should be read «its name», rather than "«there»", with the interpretation using a play on words between "Sham" and "Shem" (depending on pronunciation), in which the former means "there", and the second, "name".
Meaning, Jerusalem gets the name of God.
     NOTE 2
Abimelec, the king of Philistines, concluded an agreement with Abraham, upon the birth of Isaac, which stipulated that as long as a descendant of Abimelec would live in that country, no descendant of Abraham would not wage war against him. That agreement was later the reason why Israelites did not capture the eastern side of Jerusalem (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jerusalem_in_Judaism).
     NOTE 3
The scenario that Palestinians are descendants of the Tribe of Benjamin, returned from their haven in the Island of Crete, is historically risky, but it has a degree of likelihood, which makes it necessary to report it.
Its likelihood is reduced by two problems:
     a) we need to accept that the Philistines of the "Samson and Delilah" story (approximately 950 BC) are a different population than the one that had Abimelec as its king (about 2000 BC or in another version, about 1,500 BC);
     b) we need to accept a prestidigitation of the chronology of events between 1500 - 1000 BC, when history itself operates with approximations of 200 years and even more.
Benjamin's tribe ("Son of the dead woman" - the last of the 12 sons of Israel) was massacred by the other 11 Tribes, in the battle of Gibeah (dated with an approximation of 200 years, sometime, between 1200-1000 BC); it can be said that this is the first anti-Semitic pogrom in history, with the mention that it was initiated by Jews.
The remains of the tribe of Benjamin have taken refuge to the sea, with three destinations: Spain, continental Greece and Crete. A temporal trick could tie the exile to Crete of the Benjaminites by the arrival of the white bull of Poseidon, to the court of king Minos of Crete (the Minoan civilization, about circa 2000 - 1350 BC), as a formula that would be a mythological expression of the Jewish migration.
But Crete is in a version that is often accepted, the place of origins of the Philistines, (mentioned in the Bible as "Caphtor"), Cretans who either take refuge away from the Mycenaean conquerors (1600 - 1100 BC), or Dorians (1100 - 1000 BC).
The Cretan remains have three destinations of refuge: Spain (which inherits their popular clothes, the dance and bullfighting) and continental Greece, which are the initial destinations of the Benjaminites, thus it is rumored that they are seeking their escape with their relatives and in ...Palestine, from where they probably immigrated initially.
It would follow from here that Palestinians, descendants of the Philistines, are successors of the Cretans who immigrated in Palestine, with Cretans being likely to be successors of the remains of the tribe of Benjamin.

In an emergency meeting of the General Assembly, on Thursday, 128 countries voted in favor of a resolution that rejected the controversial decision of US president, Donald Trump, made on December 6th. Nine countries voted against, while 35 abstained." [See the list of votes.]
December 22, 2017: - Press statements made by Liviu Dragnea in the Parliament: "I think that Romania should seriously consider moving Romania's embassy to Jerusalem".
December 24, 2017: - jewishpress.com: "The Arab community of Romania has asked the officials of the Palestinian Authority of Ramallah to take urgent action to convince Romania to drop the decision to transfer the embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem, Ma'an reported Sunday morning. [...]The Czech Republic and the Philippines have announced their intention to move their embassies to Jerusalem".
April 11, 2018: - The Chamber of Deputies, Press release: "Mr. Liviu Dragnea, the president of the Chamber of Deputies, had on Wednesday, April 11th, current year, a meeting with Mrs. Tzipi Hotovely, deputy minister of foreign affairs of the State of Israel, in which was discussed the status of the projects which are on the agenda of bilateral cooperation. The meeting was an excellent occasion to reiterate the support for establishing the Romanian embassy in Israel in the city of Jerusalem."
     - Senate, Press release: "Mr. Călin Popescu Tăriceanu, the president of the Romanian Senate, has received Mrs. Tzipi Hotovely, deputy minister of Foreign Affairs of the State of Israel [...] Concerning the current situation of the Peace Process in the Middle East, the president of the Senate has pointed out that Romania shares, in coordination with the member states of the European Union, the peace solution which stipulates the coexistence in circumstances of sovereignty, security and mutual recognition of the two states, Israel and Palestine, and the status of the city of Jerusalem would be established through an agreement negotiated between the two parties".
April 18, 2018: - g4media.ro: "SOURCES: The Dăncilă government wants to move the Romanian embassy in Israel to Jerusalem."
April 19, 2018: - Liviu Dragnea has announced on Antena 3: "The government has passed a memorandum which decides the beginning of the procedures for the actual move of the Romanian embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem".
     - jewishpress.com: "The Palestinian authority has asked Romania not to move its embassy in Israel to Jerusalem. The request was sent on Thursday by the Prime Minister of the PA, Rami Hamdallah, to the Romanian envoy to Ramallah, Katalin Terlia, during a meeting between the two men which took place on the 70th day of the Independence of Jerusalem. [...] The United States intend to officially transfer their embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem and to open temporary facility on the secular date of the declaration of independence of Israel, May 14th.
President Jimmy Morales of Guatemala has announced last month that his country would relocate the embassy to Jerusalem two days after the United states will move theirs on May 16th. Guatemala was the first country in 1959 which opened its embassy in Jerusalem.
Honduras is the third nation which has announced its plan to move its embassy to the capital of Israel. The decision has been made by a vast majority of the Honduran congress".
April 20, 2018: - EURACTIV/AFP: "According to Dragnea, the prime-minister of the government of the PSD, Viorica Dăncilă, has agreed on Wednesday to "begin the procedures to transfer the embassy to Jerusalem."
     - Press release of the Romanian president: "Concerning the information publicly mentioned concerning the intention of the Romanian government to launch the process to relocate the Romanian embassy in Israel from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem, the presidential administration makes the following clarifications: the Romanian president was not informed or consulted in advance about this approach. The Presidential Administration emphasizes that this decision has not been based on solid and thorough assessments. [...] President Klaus Iohannis thinks that the initiative of the Romanian government can represent, at most, the beginning of a process of assessment of the matter, which can only be completed when the negotiations concerning the Peace Process in the Middle East ends, in which the status of Jerusalem represents a central issue. [...] The presidential administration reminds the fact that there are a number of resolutions of the UN Security Council and of the General Assembly of the UN by which member states are asked to abstain from establishing diplomatic missions in Jerusalem and to intensify the international efforts for a durable, comprehensive and fair peace in the Middle East. Therefore, at this stage, the relocation of the Romanian embassy to Jerusalem would be a violation of the relevant international law".
     - Press release of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs: "The Ministry of Foreign Affairs states that a process of analysis and assessment has been launched concerning the relocation of the Romanian Embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem. [...] Traditionally, Romania has had a balanced position in managing the Israeli-Palestinian dossier, a fact confirmed also confirmed by the bilateral recognition of the Palestinian state for more than three decades".

April 24, 2018 - Press release of the government: "Prime Minister Viorica Dăncilă will make an official visit to Israel, on April 25-26, upon the invitation of PM of Israel, Benjamin Netanyahu".
April 25, 2018: - The Ministry of Foreign Affairs was announcing "The participation of the minister of Foreign Affairs, Teodor Meleșcanu, in the mission led by prime-minister Viorica Dăncilă, which is conducting an official visit in the state of Israel - April 25-26".
     - AP: "The president of the Czech Republic has suggested on Wednesday that his country intends to join the US in moving its embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem, but the Czech government, which controls the foreign policy, has not confirmed the announcement".
April 26, 2018: - France-Presse: "Romanian prime-minister, Viorica Dăncilă, has stated on Thursday that she wants to move Romania's embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem, but she had insufficient support at home for such a move. «We are having consultations on the matter with all the Romanian institutions. It is our desire, but unfortunately, we do not have the support of all the parties, like we'd want to», said prime-minister Viorica Dăncilă, in a meeting in Jerusalem, with the president of Israel, Reuven Rivlin".
     - AGERPRES: "«As for the visit of the president of the Chamber of Deputies, the secret was even greater. It was only found about it after he got there. I don't know the wrinkles of this approach, who knows what kind of secret deals Mr. Dragnea is making there with the Jews», the president said".
     - AGERPRES: "The president of the Chamber of Deputies, Liviu Dragnea, said on Thursday that the statements of president Klaus Iohannis concerning the visit to Israel have « a certain dose of anti-Semitism»".
      - Romania TV.net: "Klaus Iohannis, public apologies to the Jewish communities: I did not mean to offend. If anybody felt offended, I apologize."
April 27, 2018: - g4media.ro: "Foreign affairs minister, Teodor Meleșcanu, [apparently has presented] prime-minister Viorica Dăncilă a second memorandum on the issue of moving the Romanian embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem, which is far more diluted compared to the first, official sources told G4Media.ro. According to the sources of G4Media.ro, this second memorandum was drafted after the harsh criticisms of president Klaus Iohannis against Liviu Dragnea, who confirmed that the Government has drafted a memorandum for the moving of the embassy to Jerusalem. The new document allegedly explicitly states that for now there are no arguments in favor of moving the embassy".
     - AGERPRES: "Victor Ponta shows that the president of the Chamber of Deputies «has secretly established that out of the military acquisitions contracts with various US companies some of the money would go through Israeli companies» and has established that in exchange for the moving of the Romanian embassy to Jerusalem, «as well as a consistent amount of "off-the-books money' to be supported through the lobby firm of a former Israel ambassador for a visit in Washington»".
28 aprilie 2018: - news.ro: "No member state of the European Union is going to move its embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem, the Palestinian ambassador with the EU, Abdul Rahim Farra said, who claimed that he got these assurances from the head of the European diplomacy, Federica Mogherini, Palestinian press agency Wafa writes, quoting a statement issued by Palestinian ambassador Voice of Palestine".
May 03, 2018: - ziare.com: "PSD president, Liviu Dragnea, insisted on Thursday, that Romania should move its embassy to Jerusalem, despite the recommendations of the EU and the UN [...]"
May 4th, 2018: - AGERPRES: "President Klaus Iohannis said on Friday, referring to the memorandum concerning the relocation of the Romanian embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem, that the mistake has been made and now it needs to be fixed".

THE VENICE COMMISSION CLAIMS:
     * Klaus Iohannis is asking for the resignation of Tudorel Toader as minister of Justice

On Friday, the Venice Commission passed the report concerning the amendment of the laws of justice and the criminal legislation by the PSD-ALDE majority parliamentary coalition. In its opinion, the Commission expresses its concern over the fact that many of the changes made to the Criminal Code and the Criminal Procedure Code in Romania seriously weaken the effectiveness of the criminal justice system when it comes to fighting corruption, violent crimes and organized crime.  click here to read the entire article

The particularly hot weather and the conditions of extreme draught in Europe have brought to light terrible warnings from the past.
Associated Press recently wrote that in the riverbed of the Elba in the Czech Republic have resurfaced the giant stones known as "the hunger stones", which have indicated over time, the coming of hard times.
"When you see me, weep", is written on one of these stones, which seems to be considered the best hydrological benchmark in Europe. The inscription is in German and dates back to 1616.
A detailed analysis of the stone inscriptions was published by the Czech researchers in the "Climate of the Past" magazine in 2013 (author's note: "Droughts in the Czech Lands, 1090-2012 AD", April 2013).  click here to read the entire article

      * (Interview with Radu Grațian Ghețea, President - CEO of CEC Bank)
In banking there are many risks and that is why banks need to be flexible and have as diverse an exposure as possible, which take the market circumstances at the time into account, says Radu Grațian Ghețea, President and CEO of CEC Bank. He told us, in an interview: "We have to adapt to what is happening in the market and we need to do things in such a way that the economic activity and that of the bank both function properly. If we're going with the idea that we want to eliminate every risk, then we'll just stop doing anything. For instance, we have been and we are a bank which heavily funds agriculture, which also means animal husbandry. A few years ago, our exposure to the aviculture sector was rather significant, and when the avian flu came we had to cover some non-performing loans on that segment. Now that the avian flu is done, we are facing the swine flu. What should we do, stop lending?"
Reporter: Lately, there have been opinions from some experts who are saying that there is a wave of non-performing loans of the ones taken out by the First Home Program. What is your comment on these statements?  click here to read the entire article

     * (Interview with Laszlo Diosi, OTP Bank CEO)
Reporter: How would you describe the banking market, at the present time?
Laszlo Diosi: Even though there are plenty of challenges, there are also many opportunities for the Romanian banking system. The lessons of the financial-economic crisis have resulted in a better regulated framework, stable, transparent and predictable. The guiding line of the policies developed by the authorities that are qualified, but in particular by those with a regulatory and oversight role has been characterized by a balance between profitability and systemic safety.
But there is no shortage of challenges. We are talking here about challenges which concern the digitalization of the banking system and the national and international legislation. The entire system needs to align with complex and sometimes confused regulations.
