The deal was closed for 80 RON per share, which was equal to Friday"s closing price. Considering this price, the company has a market capitalization of 35.49 million RON (10.57 million EUR).
Socot concluded the first half of the year with a net profit of 1.31 million RON, down by 10.7% y/y, and a turnover of 32.53 million RON (10.38 million EUR), up by 52.2% y/y. Estimates for this year indicate a net profit of 741,000 RON, half as much as in 2006. The overall revenue has been estimated at 58.45 million RON, whereas expenses should reach 57.59 million RON.
Socot - Targu Mures has a share capital of 1.11 million RON divided into 443,653 shares with a face value of 2.5 RON. The main shareholders are Eugen Laurean Popa with 20.23%, Adrian Andrici with 12.52% and the Employee Association with 20.10%.
