Altur - Slatina has increased share capital by 26.96 million RON from 26.76 million RON to 53.72 million RON, as per an announcement to the Bucharest Stock Exchange. Shareholders registered as such by August 2nd were given preemptive rights. Altur shares closed at 0.124 RON on Monday, when 676,700 shares were traded for a total of 83,407.2 RON. In the last 52 weeks, Altur shares fluctuated between 0.123 RON and 0.2710 RON.
Some 12,259 transactions were performed for 90.30 million RON in this interval. The company was established in 1979 and became a shares company in 1991. The piston manufacturer concluded H1 with losses of 2.64 million RON, nearly 2x as much as the losses reported in H1:2006. Revenues amounted to 51.85 million RON (+4.8%), whereas expenses reached 54.5 million RON (+7.1%). The turnover gained 2.9% to 50.22 million RON. Debts hit 29.09 million RON at the end of H1, down by 5% y/y.
