EnglishAzomures extends the freight contract concluded in 2005 with port operator Chimpex Constanta until the end of 2007. The value of services provided between 2005 and January 2007 amounts to 395.310 RON (116.872 EUR), according to a press release from Azomures.
The contract, concluded on March 21st 2005 and extended until the end of 2007,. assigns Chimpex to receive, handle, store and ship Azomures goods. The port operator is resposible for unloading ships or containers in one of Chimpex"s berths, as well as receiving, processing and transmitting import-related documents and discounting related expenses.
