EnglishShareholders in Banat Com Resita have decided to increase share capital through a capital injection of up to 1.25 million RON to 1.37 million RON. The company will issue 12.5 million shares with a face value of 0.1 RON, according to an announcement to RASDAQ.
Shareholders registered as such by 28. April will be able to subscribe 10.5 new shares for every existing share for the price of 0.10 RON/share. Upon subscribing, shareholders will have to pay at least 30% of the face value, with the rest to be paid in up to three years.
The company is listed on RASDAQ as BACO and offers accountancy, auditing and tax consultancy services. The share capital of 119,085 RON is divided into 1.19 million shares with a face value of 0.1 RON. The leading shareholder is Ciobanu Costel with 40%.
