The evaluation for 2006 indicates a gross profit of 10 million RON on total revenues of 291 million RON.

Also, the company handles petroleum transit on the Danube for foreign partners. Conpet has a share capital of 28.56 million RON and the majority shareholders in the company are the Authority for State Assets Recovery (62.72%) and Proprietatea Fund (16.06%).
