Constructii Nuclearo Electrice is on the verge of bankruptcy and has decided to transfer non-essential assets to a newly established company. After the split, Constructii Nuclearo Electrice will have be a civil engineering company and have the same shareholders (Employee Association - 80.92%), individual shareholders (18.91%), AVAS (0.11%), SIF III Transilvania (0.05%). The company will have a share capital of 351,397.50 RON divided into 3,513,975 shares.
