EnglishNegotiations between the Automobile Dacia Union and Dacia Renault regarding the framework employment contract failed as the parties could not agree on remuneration. While the union requested a 25% raise, Dacia Renault offered a gradual increases of 3.5% as of January 1st, 1.5% as of April 1st and 1.5% as of October 1st, totaling 6.5%. While the union said they were going to start procedures to initiate a labor conflict, Dacia Renault managed to schedule another round for February 6th.
