EnglishFrom March 13th to April 13 , shareholders in Dafora SA Medias have the right to subscribe for shares issued by the company in order to increase its share capital from 9.226.501,5 RON to 101.491.516,5 RON.
Shareholders registered on 05.03.2007 may participate in the capital increase. For each share held, shareholders may subscribe for ten new shares at a price of 0.1 RON/share, this being the maximum number of shares that can be subscribed. The remaining unsubscribed shares will be cancelled.
The company operates in oil drilling and construction, being a leader on the oil drilling market, holding a 30% market share. Dafora SA is listed on Rasdaq as DAFR.
