EnglishDanish group Danske Bank yesterday reported a holding of over 1% in three of the financial investment companies through its divisions Danske Fund Management Company SA (Luxembourg) and Danske Capital Fund Management Company Oy (Finland).
The most significant holding is of 2% in SIF Transilvania Brasov (BSE - SIF3), followed by SIF Moldova Bacau (SIF2) with 1,96% and 1,55% in SIF Oltenia Craiova (SIF5). Danske Bank is one of the 26 financial institutions that have announced NBR their intent to operate on the Romanian market.
