EnglishThe first housing units built by the National Housing Agency in Henri Coanda neighbourhood will be delivered by next year at the latest., according to Laszlo Borbely, Minister Delegate for the coordination of public works and territory management. " We have managed to solove the problem related to 2,5 hectars of claimed land by land swap, while the matter of the land claimed in Voluntari was solved in court, as the claim was illegal", added Mr. Borbely.
According to the Public Works Minister, further 360 mortgage-financed housing units wil be built by ANL in the Constantin Brancusi neighbourhood and the required documents for the housing complex are presently filed.
