EnglishHeavy equipment producer Fortpres CUG Cluj-Napoca increased its share capital by 8.44 million RON (2.6 million EUR), to 16.84 million RON, following the subscription period ended May 24th. Shareholders subscribed for 3.375 million shares with a face value of 2.50 RON/share. The unsubscribed shares will be canceled.
The majority of the shares were subscribed by Ukrainian trade corporation Industrial Union of Donbass (Industrialnii Soiuz Donbassa), which increased its holding in the company from 95.56% to 97.78%. SIF Banat-Crisana reduced its stake from 3.08% to 1.54%.
Fortpres CUG ended 2006 with losses of 1.9 million RON,while turnover amounted to 21.64 million RON.
