EnglishE Money Romania, the retail financial services arm of General Electric has welcomed three new members of the management team as of June: Sorin Serban - Chief Risk Officer, Javier Lopez - Chief Financial Officer and Barbaros Citmaci - Treasury Manager. GE Money entered the Romanian market in 2006 by acquiring three non-banking financial institutions: Leasemart Holding BV (the owner of Motoractive Leasing), Ralfi SA (a consumer loan company) and Domenia Credit SA (a mortgage loan and home equity loans company). The three businesses are jointly controlled by General Electric Capital Corporation (GECC) and Dogus Holding A.S.
