EnglishHidroconstructia SA increased its share capital by 62,98 million RON to 142,678 million RON by using its reserves from the period 2002-2005, according to data published by the company in the Official Gazette.
Shareholders in Hidroconstructia on March 21st decided the issue of over 2,5 million shares with a face value of 25 RON. Before this increase, Hidroconstructia had a share capital of approximately 79,7 million RON. The company concluded last year with a turnover of 210 million RON, up nearly 30% compared to 2005, according to a preliminary financial report.
