EnglishBrokerage firm IEBA Trust has received the go-ahead from the National Securities Commission (CNVM) to increase share capital to 8.86 million RON from 5.23 million RON. The share capital increase was authorized by the shareholders on 20 May. At the end of May, IEBA Trust ranked 36th among brokers of the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) ranked by the value of transactions brokered in that month. The total was 10.04 million RON. Last month, IEBA Trust brokered 0.51% of the overall transaction volume of the Bucharest Stock Exchange.
