EnglishShareholders in Interamerican - Societate de Administrare a Unui Fond the Pensii Privat SA (Interamerican - Private Pension Fund Management Co.) have approved a share capital increase by 13,166,000 EUR (43,711,120 RON) to 18,966,000 EUR (62,967,120 RON) through a capital injection of 5,800,000 EUR by Eureko BV.
The company is aiming for 10-15% of the private pensions market. The long-term strategy includes the diversification of the assets so as to avoid dependency on a certain asset or issuer. Interamerican"s fund has been defined as a medium-risk fund. The asset management fee for 2008 and 2009 is nil.
