EnglishShareholders in Sibiu-based company Moara Cibin will convene on February 26th to discuss the takeover by absorbtion of four baking companies, two of which are listed, according to NewsIn. Shareholders will analyse the merger with Amylon, Comcereal Sibiu, Extra Sib and Panmed. The merger will be done by absorbtion of the four companies. Moara Cibin has a share capital of 2.96 million RON and it operates in the field of milling products. In February 2006, the majority shareholder in the company was Boromir Ind SRL, holding 71.56% in share capital.
