EnglishRemax, a world leading network of real estate agencies, has reported that the Romanian unit achieved the fastest growth of the franchise network Europe-wide in only ten months. Romania is the 64th country in the global Remax network. At the moment, the countrywide presence comprises 16 operational agencies, four agencies about to be opened and 100 agents in the field.
"The market dynamics in Romania has taken us by surprise. Three agencies have already made it to the top 100 Remax agencies in Europe ranked by the level of the commissions," said Marketing & PR Manager - Romania Florin Ghinoiu. The company is planning to open 200 offices countrywide and hire approximately 2000 people in the next ten years.
