EnglishSiemens SRL on March 15th completed the full acquisition of Frosys SRL, following the green light from the Competition Council. Siemens is planning to integrate Frosys into their Industrial Solution and Service Division. Frosys was established in 1995 as an industrial automation solution provider and later became a Siemens automation solution distributor. The acquisition is part of Siemens" regional expansion strategy. The Industrial Solution and Service Division is a system integrator for infrastructure and industrial projects and a global service provider covering the full range from system design to production.
