EnglishFinancial investment company SIF Banat-Crisana (SIF1) will start disbursing dividends from last year"s profit. Shareholders in SIF1 decided to pay out dividends totaling 32.9 million RON, the gross dividend being 0.6 RON/share. The company will disburse the dividends by October 28th.
SIF Banat Crisana ended 2006 with a net profit of 83.15 million RON, a 65% increase from the past year. Revenue totaled 154.24 million RON, while investments amounted to 53 million RON. For this year, the company expects revenue of 106.34 million RON, compared with 154.23 million RON in 2006. Expenses should total 31.27 million RON, down more than half, compared with 66.05 million RON last year, while gross profit should amount to 75.06 million RON.
