EnglishShareholders in SIF Oltenia SA must decide within 60 days whether Dinel Staicu will keep his position in the company, in compliance with Ordinance No. 128 of the National Securities Commission (CNVM), published on February 7th. This decision was made by the CNVM following the indictment stemmed from an investigation of the National Anti-Corruption Prosecution Office (DNA).
In case of non-compliance with the Ordinance, CNVM will ask the court to order a General Shareholders Assembly, following which SIF Oltenia must communicate its decision, within five days from the approval date.
