EnglishIn the General Meeting held on Friday, shareholders in Simerom SA decided to increase the company"s share capital from 3.517.775,5 RON to 19.347.765 RON. Thus, the company will issue 6.331.996 shares with a face value of 2,5 RON/share.
Shareholders can exercise their preferential right to subscribe for shares within 60 days from the date the decision is published in the Official Gazette. After this period, the remaining unsubscribed shares will be cancelled.
Machine tools manufacturer Simerom is listed on Rasdaq as SIEM. The majority shareholder is Baltag Ioan, holding 55,11% in the company, while SIF Transilvania holds 30,92%.
