EnglishShareholders in Constana-based company SC Socep will convene in a General Meeting to approve the distribution of the net profit for 2006, as follows: 145.727 RON for the share capital increase and 1.956.508 RON for other self-financing reserves
The company will issue 85.856.463 shares with a face value of 0,1 RON/share. The amount of 8.585.643,6 RON represents company reserves from net profit obtained in the last few years. The share capital will increase from 34.342.574,4 RON to 42.928.218 RON.
In the General Meeting that will be held on April 23rd, shareholders will also approve the financial statements for 2006, as well as the company"s income and expense budget for 2007. For the current year, Socep estimates investments worth 370.000 EUR. Port operator Socep SA Constanta is listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange as SOCP.
