EnglishTurism Felix SA shares will be listed on Tier II of the Bucharest Stock Exchange starting Wednesday, March 21st, according to a BSE report. The shares will be traded under the symbol TUFE. Oradea-based company Turism Felix has increased its share capital by 4,751 million RON, to 24,807 million RON, following a primary public offering before the listing on the Bucharest Stock Exchane, according to NewsIn.
The company launched the share offering in order to increase its share capital in view of the listing on BSE and the money will be used for further investments. The initial offering was for 77 million shares, of which only 47,51 million shares were subscribed, the remaining 29,48 million shares being cancelled. SIF 3 Transilvania is the majority shareholder, holding 63,40% in the company, while SIF 5 Oltenia holds 16,42%.
