EnglishUnirea Shopping Center SA has increased share capital by some 2.2 million RON from 5.2 million RON to 7.4 million RON, divided into 2,977,488 shares with a face value of 2.5 RON. The 2.2 million RON increase generated 894,567 nominal shares subscribed by the following shareholders: Nova Trade SA - 775,450 shares (1,938,625 RON), SIF Muntenia - 82,352 shares (205,880 RON) and three other corporate shareholders - 22,362 shares (55,905 RON). Some 21 individual shareholders subscribed 14,403 shares (36,007 RON).
Following the capital increase, the shareholder structure is: Nova Trade SA (71.82%), Unirea Shopping Centre SA (7.66%), SIF Muntenia (9.1%) and others. The company opened the second shopping centre in Brasov at the end of February, following an investment of 35 million EUR. The five-storey building comes with 18,000 square meters of leasable space.
