The shareholders will convene on February 20th to formalize the decision. Uztel manufactures machinery for the mining industry, the oil industry and constructions. The company currently has a share capital of 4 million RON divided into shares with a face value of 2.5 RON. The company is controlled by the Uztel Association (64.57%) and Array Products Co. LLC (16.57%). Uztel is listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange as UZT, the latest price being 13 RON/share.
