EnglishThe Authority for State Assets Recovery (AVAS) signed the privatization contract for 59.5% in SC Transporturi Auto Berceni SA. The majority stake was acquired by Vox Fortuna SRL, the winning bidder. The offer price was 739.977 RON or 25.21 RON/share, according to a press release sent to our newspaper. The payment will be done within 10 working days from the date the contract was signed.
Three bidders made offers for the company. One of them was rejected and another withdrew its offer. Thus, Vox Fortuna SRL remained the sole bidder and was awarded the contract.
