EnglishA package of 1.5 million Zentiva shares (SCD) equal to some 0.35% of the company"s share capital changed hands through a deal for 1.05 million RON on the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BSE) yesterday, the BSE announced. The unit price was 0.70 RON, by some 8.53% more than the benchmark quotation set on Monday.
Zentiva closed the first quarter with a net profit of 5.74 million RON (1.55 million EUR), up by 37% y/y. The turnover reached 38.91 million RON (10.54 million EUR), down by 30% y/y from 55.36 million RON. Zentiva has a share capital of 41.7 million RON divided into 416.96 million shares with a face value of 0.10 RON. The company is controlled by Venoma Holdings Ltd with 50.98%, which in turn is controlled by Zentiva NV. Zentiva NV also owns 23.93% in Zentiva Romania directly. Zentiva Romania has a market capitalization of 268.94 million RON (75.12 million EUR) as per the quotation of 0.6450 RON set on the BSE on Monday.
