Agromec - Panciu concluded the first half of the year with net earnings of 307,047 RON, up from losses of 37,882 RON in the corresponding period of 2007. Revenues rose to 529,176 RON, up nearly five times from H1, 2007. Expenses gained 20% to 161,887 RON. The turnover reached 47,297 RON at the end of the reporting period. Compared to the first half of 2007, stocks gained 27.22% to 433,095 RON. Debts reached 177,863 RON, whereas receivables totalled 53,659 RON. Agromec is a provider of agricultural services and has a share capital of 108,632.5 RON divided into shares with a face value of 0.1 RON. On 30 June, the main shareholder was Gabriela Jalea with 40.11% of the shares. Agromec is listed on RASDAQ Tier III as AGPA since 13 January 2008.
