EnglishOn November 12fth, Iaşi-based "Antibiotice" will propose to shareholders the supplementation of a line of credit taken from "RBS Romania" by 2 million Euros. The loans will be guaranteed with tangible assets and inventory, as well as by rectifying this year"s budget.
Another point on the agenda of the General Assembly of Shareholders concerns the sale to the company Apavital Iaşi of a water basin and the afferent land with a total surface of 3,567 square meters.
Also, shareholders will discuss the increase of the company"s share capital with 2.2 million lei, to 47.7 million lei, by reinvesting last year"s dividends. In exchange for the capitalization of dividends, shareholders will receive free shares, meaning that their stakes will remain unchanged.
Following the increase of the share capital, the Ministry of Health would continue to hold 53.02% of the company while the remaining 46.98% would remain under the control of various shareholders.
