EnglishAutomatica Bucharest, a manufacturer of industrial electrical distribution and control equipment manufacturer posted a net profit of 231,384 RON (73,830 EUR) in the first half of 2007, up 2.86 times from 80,881 RON in the same period last year, according to a report published on Tuesday.
Turnover amounted to 8.77 million RON (3.06 million EUR), up by 0.54% from 8.73 million RON in H1/06. Operating revenues nearly doubled, totalling 23.40 million RON (7.46 million EUR), as compared to 11.9 million RON in the same period last year.
Automatica has a share capital of approximately 4 million RON, divided into 39.8 million shares with a face value of 0.10 RON. The majority shareholder in Automatica is Euroform Milenium SRL, with 78.04%, followed by the employees association (PAS) with 7.95%.
The company is listed on Tier 2 of Rasdaq as AUTT and has a market capitalisation of 76.05 million RON.
