EnglishThe Brasov City Hall intends to contract a loan totalling 30 million euro in order to fulfill city investment objectives. The local municipality welcomes offers from interested banks in order to award the financing contract. The auction procedure will be negociation with previous publishing of a participation announcement. The loan will be granted for 20 years from the contract date. Applications can be filed by 10.00 a.m. on January 17. The financing and payment source is the Local Council. No different branches of the same bank are allowed to participate in the auction. Bidders must meet several criteria, among which are eligibility and experience. As a result of the procedure, minimum four bidders will be pre-selected.
Sources from the Brasov City Hall declared that the money will be used mainly for the development and modernization of infrastructure. Thus, part of the money will be used for the construction of the Brasov detour route, while the rest will be used for construction of passages and parking lots, sewage maintenace in Stupini neighbourhood, modernizing streets as well as bulding new schools.
The participation documents will remain valid for 90 days from final application date. The most attractive bid from an economical point of view will win the auction.
