Shareholders in CCC Bluetelecom SA - Galati have authorized the executive management to take an 11 million EUR credit line from Finansbank Romania SA. The credit will be collateralized with a mortgage on several pieces of property in Galati, a blank promissory note and a guarantee on the company"s funds in the account opened with Finansbank Romania SA. The majority shareholder in CCC Bluetelecom SA is Doina Lilioara Rimar with 62.249% of the share capital.
