Five families which submitted loan applications to various banks to buy homes as part of the "First Home" program have already signed preliminary contracts for acquiring new homes in the Pallady Residence complex located in the Titan quarter of Bucharest. Buyers are now waiting for the completion of the transaction. The last remaining apartments of the complex are now on sale at special prices. They include six studios, a two-room apartment and 12 three-room apartments. The "Pallady Residence" complex was completed in March 2009, is located next to the Theodor Pallady Avenue of the Capital 3rd district and includes 134 modern apartments.
