EnglishItzhar Invest will spend 7 million EUR on the building of a 54-unit apartment block in Bucharest"s Titan district, according to a Regatta press release.
The building was designed Ana Maria Luben architecture office and will be built by American Technology Group of Romania SRL. The aprtment block consists of two basements, ground floor and five upper floors and comprises 54 apartments. The selling price will be 1,100 - 1,320 EUR/square meter, according to a company press release.
The Gold Residence building, located near the ului Auchan hypermarket, has a usable surface of 6,440 sqm and a built surface of 748 sqm.
