Hotel operator Nord Bucuresti has increased share capital by 3.11 million RON to 5.6 million RON after the shareholders subscribed 1.24 million shares with a face value of 2.5 RON of the total of 1.45 million offered shares. The remaining 209,108 shares have been cancelled, according to an announcement to RASDAQ. Following this operation, Central European Financial Services - Austria controls 61.54% in the company, followed by SIF Transilvania with 27.55%.
