EnglishThe Government adopted the Government Emergency Ordinance for the amendment and completion of the GED no. 174/2002 concerning the introduction of the special measures for the thermal retrofitting of the multi-storey residential buildings. The legislative amendments will lead to significant savings of funds and time by the making of a single audit and technical project for all the blocks executed based on the same type of project. On the entire program level, given that in our country blocks have been built based on a limited number of projects, important savings can be achieved, states a press release sent to our editor"s office. The owner associations will have to check whether the local authority did the audit and technical project for the block they inhabit, and if yes, to obtain from the local authority the value of the execution work specified in the technical project, for the creation of the maintenance fund.
