The turnover amounted to 26.35 million RON, down by 31.41% from the 38.42 million RON reported in the first half of 2007. UAMT spent a total of 26 million RON and logged revenues of 26.14 million RON. Operating revenues amounted to 26 million RON, down by 39.93% y/y, whereas operating expenses decreased by 42.87% to 23.88 million RON. UAMT - Oradea shareholders" estimates for this year point to a net profit of 7.5 million RON and a turnover of 75 million RON, up by 6.5% from the 70.41 million RON posted for 2007. The car component manufacturer has a share capital of 11.28 million RON divided into shares with a face value of 0.45 RON. The main shareholder is the Employee Association with 56.13%. UAMT shares are listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BSE) Tier II as UAM.
