EnglishAerospace technology maker Aeroteh Bucureşti (AER) saw its net profit grow ten times Y/Y in H1 2009 to 1.27 million lei (300,300 Euros), according to a report by the company.
The company"s net profit at the end of H1 2008 was just 128,300 lei. The company"s turnover increased to 11.1 million lei (2.6 million Euros), in H1 2009, a 2.2 increase over last year"s turnover of 5 million lei.
Aeroteh has a share capital of 10.56 million lei, divided into 4.22 million shares, with a face value of 2.50 lei. Dumitru Bănuţ, Chairman and General Manager of the company, is also the largest shareholder (58.75%).
Shares of Aeroteh trade on the Bucharest Stock Exchange under the Unlisted category, with the symbol AER. Trading for the last session (August 20) closed at 2.52 lei, which puts the capitalization of the company at 10.64 million lei (2.5 million Euros).
