Financial investment firm (SIF) Muntenia (BSE:SIF4) made 208,780 EUR (some 757,600 RON) on the Vienna Stock Exchange after having bought and sold Erste Bank shares. SIF Muntenia bought 52,000 shares in Erste Bank for an average of 39.19 EUR/share between 15-19 September and paid a total of 1,985,620 EUR. Later on SIF4 sold 52,000 shares in Erste Bank for a total of 2,194,400 EUR. In the first half of the year, SIF Muntenia made a net profit of 63.35 milion RON, up by 65.9% year-on-year. The company has a share capital of 80.7 million RON divided into shares with a face value of 0.1 RON. Since the beginning of the year, SIF4 shares lost 59.18% to 0.955 RON/share at the end of 22 September.
