EnglishSomes SA - Dej has borrowed 2 million RON from Caromet SA - Caransebes and leased buildings and machinery from A6 Impex SA - Dej for 360,000 RON/year, according to an announcement to the Bucharest Stock Exchange. The loan comes with an interest rate equal to that of the National Bank of Romania (9% per year currently) and is due in 60 days.
The rent is to be paid monthly, within 90 days from the date of invoice. Delay penalties amount to 0.1% per day. Caromet - Caransebes has a share capital of 24.45 million RON divided into 9.78 million shares with a face value of 2.5 RON. The company is controlled by the Iasi-based cotton mill Iasitex, which controls 93.28%. Somes - Dej has a share capital of 26.5 million RON divided into 12.6 million shares with a face value of 2.10 RON. It is controlled by A4 Impex SRL and A1 Impex SRL with a joint 60%.
