The chairman and founder of the Conservative party, vicepresident of the Senate, Dan Voiculescu, yesterday said, during a meeting with the members of the Bucharest section of the party that the major institutions of the Government, the General Secretariat and the Investigative Body of the Prime Minister "are led by people tied to businessmen Cocoş and Paszkany".

"Mrs. Daniela Andreescu, the Current Secretary General of the Government, was the right hand of the Cocoş family, in the affair of medical tests for Romanians leaving to work in Europe, whereas Sorin Alăzăroaie, the head of the Investigative Body of the Prime Minister, was the lawyer of the company Trigranit, which unfolded one of Arpad Paszkany"s major real estate businesses", said Dan Voiculescu, according to a press release of the Conservative Party, sent to our editors.

The founding chairman of the CP considers that "if the National Anticorruption Department were allowed to do its job", "the consequences of Traian Băsescu handing the keys to the government over to Cocoş and Paszkany" would be easily noticed.
