EnglishRaiffeisen Capital & Investment is planning to organize the Adeplast - Oradea IPO at the end of June, but the deadline depends on the technical aspects of the procedure and market conditions, according to RCI"s IPO Manager Laurentiu Ciocirlan.
Construction finishings producer Adeplast is aiming for 20 million EUR through an IPO via the Bucharest Stock Exchange. The company will try to sell shares equal to 25% of the share capital. Immediate business plans include a 12 million EUR investments in commissioning a new factory in 2008.
