Aircraft manufacturer Aerostar Bacau expects for this year a net profit of 10.173.178 RON and a turnover of 131.500.000 RON, according to the company"s income and expense budget approved on April 12th by the General Meeting of shareholders.
Aerostar posted 13.450.668 RON in net profit for 2006, up 97,8% compared to 2005 and business totalled 140.976.614 RON, increasing by 37,22% year-on-year. Total revenues reached 146.425.517 RON, increasing by 36,39% yoy, while expenses amounted to 129.028.797 RON, up 29,74% from 2005.
The largest part of the company"s profit, namely 10.190.878 RON, will be distributed to shareholders as dividends. Thus, the gross dividend/share is worth 0,87 RON. The company is listed on the second tier of BVB as ARS and has a share capital of 29.284.132,5 RON, divided into shares with a face value of 2,5 RON/share.
