"We are planning to invest on the vertical market, projects with ministries and also in the traditional market and infrastructure financing, where a decline has been noted. I believe in slow business growth," he said.
Alcatel-Lucent Romania concluded last year with a 69% growth in gross profit to 78.1 million RON (over 21.5 million EUR) against a turnover of 473 million RON, up by 27% from the 272 million RON posted in 2005. The company was established in 1991 and currently has over 1,000 employees. The Romanian subsidiary coordinates group activities in ten other SEE countries.
