EnglishAltur Slatina"s Board of Directors on Monday, June 25th decided to sign a loan contract with BRD-Groupe Societe Generale, the Slatina branch, for the amount of 5.5 million RON. Altur will use the money to pay for the aluminium alloy, as the payment period for raw materials was reduced from 120 to 90 days.
On July 11th, shareholders in Altur will discuss a 29.43 million RON increase in share capital to 56.2 million RON.
Altur cut its losses by 34% to 916,627 RON in the first quarter of the current year, while turnover rose by 20.75% to 26.43 million RON. The company reported losses of 4.23 million RON in 2006, 30% less than in 2005. The majority shareholder is SIF Oltenia Craiova, with 85.22% in the company. Altur is listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange as ALT.
