EnglishAlum - Tulcea has projected a Y2007 turnover of 9.88 million USD, according to a report to RASDAQ quoted by NewsIn. The management estimates this year"s losses at 19.35 million USD, resulting from revenues of 9.88 million USD and expenses of 29.23 million USD.
The company concluded last year with losses of 120.16 million RON and a turnover of 276,27 million RON. The share capital is going to be increased by 309 million RON (91 million EUR) from 160.33 million RON to 469.45 million RON. The number of shares increased from 26.94 million to 78.89 million with a face value of 5.95 RON.
In early December, the company increased share capital from 160.33 million RON to 503.08 million RON by issuing 57.6 million shares with a face value of 5.95 RON. Prior to that move, the majority shareholder was ALRO - Slatina with 98.21%.
