EnglishAriola Invest will invest 50,000,000 EUR in Europa, one of the largest residential developments in Arad. "Infrastructure works have been 80% completed and will continue concurrently with the construction of the houses," said Ariola Legal Counsel Adriana Toma.
The company welcomes customers who have their own blueprints, as well as customers seeking a housing loan. For the latter, Ariola has prepared several types of financing solutions. The project will stretch over 70 hectares divided into plots between 650 and 1000 sq.m. The villas will be sold for at least 800 EUR/sq.m. for the buildings and 25 EUR/sq.m. for the land.
The compound will comprise 700 homes, commercial areas, bars, restaurants, green areas, parks, parking lots, fuel stations, swimming pool, fitness center, nursery, kindergarten, elementary school, medical clinics, pharmacy etc.
