EnglishThe State Assets Recovery Authority (AVAS) will publish an announcement to select a liquidator for the five companies on the Nitramonia - Fagaras industrial platform. The AVAS announcement follows the August 17th decision of the General Meeting of the shareholders in Nitrofertilizer, Nitroexplosives, Nitroservice, Nitrotrans and Nitrocontrol to liquidate the said companies.
Following this decision, AVAS received the documentation necessary for making the tender book required for selecting a liquidator. One single liquidator will be selected for the five companies. Until then, the administrator, Claudiu Popa, will receive a monthly indemnity of 20,000+ RON/month. AVAS holds 79.052% in each of the five companies. Approximately 569 employees will be laid off and receive severance as per Emergency Ordinance 116/2006.
